Orders

Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Posted prices do not include taxes where applicable.
Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
Astropix offers subscription services for personalized weekly horoscope readings. By subscribing, you authorize Astropix to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis.
Free Trial: Subscription Services include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at $39.99/month (or as otherwise specified at checkout).
Billing: After the trial, subscriptions bill monthly on the anniversary date. Your payment method is charged automatically until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel any time by emailing info@astropix.live from your subscription email. We process cancellations within 1–2 business days and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Digital Delivery
The Services consist exclusively of digital content delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout and/or made available in your account on this website. Delivery typically occurs within minutes of a successful payment; in rare cases (e.g. AI processing queues), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
Intellectual Property
Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, video, and audio, are owned by Astropix, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by Lithuanian and EU intellectual property laws. These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The information presented on or through the Services is made available solely for general information and entertainment purposes. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
Governing Law

Refund Policy

One-Time Purchases
We want you to be fully satisfied. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on one-time digital purchases (such as Palm Reading reports, Zodiac reports and other one-time readings). If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days by emailing info@astropix.live from the email used at checkout.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees for the Weekly Horoscope service are non-refundable once any horoscope email has been delivered to you.
- If you cancel during the 7-day free trial before receiving any horoscope email, you will not be charged.
- If you cancel after being charged, no refund will be issued for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods.
- Once at least one horoscope email has been delivered, the service for that billing period is considered fulfilled.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@astropix.live from the email address used at purchase. Include your order reference or the product purchased. We resolve the vast majority of refund inquiries within 1–2 business days.

How it works
Astropix offers a Weekly Horoscope subscription for $39.99/month after a 7-day free trial. The subscription delivers a personalized weekly horoscope and daily cosmic tips directly to your email.
Free Trial
Your subscription includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged $39.99 and the subscription will renew monthly.
Billing Cycle
After the free trial, your card is charged $39.99 every 30 days on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@astropix.live from the email address associated with your subscription. We process cancellations within 1–2 business days. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to receive horoscopes until then.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
