30-Day Money-Back Guarantee On all one-time digital purchases

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund from Astropix.

One-Time Purchases

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on one-time digital purchases (such as Palm Reading reports, Zodiac reports and other one-time readings). If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date by emailing info@astropix.live from the email used at checkout.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees for the Weekly Horoscope service are non-refundable once any horoscope email has been delivered to you.

  • If you cancel during the 7-day free trial before receiving any horoscope email, you will not be charged.
  • If you cancel after being charged, no refund will be issued for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods.
  • Once at least one horoscope email has been delivered, the service for that billing period is considered fulfilled.

Live Astrologer Chat Sessions

The optional live chat sessions purchased inside the member area at app.astropix.live (5 / 10 / 20-minute sessions) are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The following refund rules apply:

  • Because chat sessions are delivered in real time, once any portion of the paid session has been used, the session is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
  • If, after payment, your paid session cannot be started for a technical reason attributable to Astropix (for example, the astrologer was unavailable or the chat service was down), we will issue a full refund on request.
  • If you believe you were charged more than once for the same session, contact us and we will refund any duplicate charge in full.

To request a chat-session refund, follow the same steps as for any other refund below and include the approximate date/time of the session.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email info@astropix.live from the email address used at purchase.
  2. Include your order reference (if you have one) and the name of the product or subscription.
  3. We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days.
  4. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at info@astropix.live. We resolve the vast majority of billing issues directly and promptly — which is faster for you than a bank dispute.

EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, consumer law provides a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases. However, because our products are digital content delivered immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun — which is the case for substantially all of our products. Our voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights.
