This page describes the terms of the Weekly Horoscope subscription offered by Astropix and the Card-on-File (COF) disclosures required by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for any recurring payment agreement. By starting a subscription (including a free trial) you expressly agree to these terms and authorize Astropix to store your payment credentials on file and to charge them on a recurring basis, as described below.

- Your payment credentials are securely tokenised and stored by our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processors (Stripe and Whop). Astropix never receives or stores your full card number.
1. What You Get
The Weekly Horoscope subscription includes:
- A personalized weekly horoscope based on your astrological chart.
- Daily cosmic tips and guidance.
- Love, career and wellness forecasts updated with planetary transits.
- Access for as long as your subscription is active.
This policy covers only the Weekly Horoscope subscription. The optional live chat sessions available in the member area (app.astropix.live) are one-time purchases, not subscriptions; see Terms § 6 and Refund Policy § Chat for those rules.
2. Pricing
The subscription is USD 39.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. Prices are shown in USD at checkout. Applicable taxes (VAT/GST/Sales Tax) will be added based on your billing location where required by law. Currency conversion and foreign transaction fees, if any, are set by your card issuer.
3. Free Trial
Your subscription includes a 7-day free trial during which you will not be charged. The trial begins at the moment of sign-up. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your stored card is automatically charged USD 39.99 and your subscription begins on a monthly recurring basis.
We will send you a confirmation email immediately after sign-up containing the full billing terms. A reminder email is sent at least 48 hours before the trial ends and the first charge is made, so you always have time to cancel.
4. Billing Cycle (Card-on-File)
After the free trial, your payment method is charged USD 39.99 every 30 days on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Billing continues automatically using your stored payment credentials until you cancel. This is a merchant-initiated, card-on-file recurring transaction under the card network rules.
By subscribing, you explicitly authorise Astropix (via our payment processors Stripe and Whop) to:
- Store your payment credentials securely on file.
- Initiate recurring charges on the stated schedule without further authorisation from you for each individual transaction.
- Update your stored card details automatically through Visa Account Updater / Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater when your card issuer provides them (so expired cards are replaced and your service continues without interruption).
5. Receipts & Transaction Records
You will receive an email receipt for every successful transaction, including:
- The date and amount of the charge.
- The billing period covered.
- The last 4 digits of the card charged.
- A link to cancel or manage your subscription.
- Our contact email for support and refund requests.
6. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time, including during the free trial, by emailing info@astropix.live from the email address associated with your subscription. Cancellation is as easy as sign-up — no phone calls, no retention scripts, no hoops.
- We process cancellations within 1–2 business days.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You continue to receive weekly horoscopes until the end of the paid period — no loss of access.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Your stored card credentials are deactivated for further billing.
7. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable once any horoscope email has been delivered for a given billing period. Cancelling during the 7-day free trial avoids all charges. See our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Payment Methods & Security
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc. and Whop, Inc., both PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Astropix never receives, sees or stores your full card number — only a tokenised reference used by the processor to charge the same card on the agreed schedule.
9. Failed Payments
If a recurring charge fails (e.g. insufficient funds, expired card, hold by issuer), we will retry the payment up to 3 times over the following 7 days. If the payment still cannot be collected, your subscription will be paused and you will stop receiving horoscopes until the payment issue is resolved. We will notify you by email so you can update your card.
10. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. You can cancel at any time before the new price applies. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
11. Card-on-File Customer Rights (Visa / Mastercard Rules)
Under the card network rules governing stored-credential transactions, you have the right to:
- Receive clear disclosure of the full billing terms before your card is charged (this page).
- Receive a receipt for every charge made to your stored card.
- Cancel the stored-credential agreement at any time with the same ease as you signed up.
- Dispute any charge that does not match the disclosed terms by contacting your card issuer.
- Contact Astropix directly for any billing question — we resolve most issues within 1–2 business days, faster than a bank dispute.
12. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at info@astropix.live. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us can slow resolution — we are able to issue refunds immediately for legitimate issues, typically faster than your bank.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Subscription & COF Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the Services. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
